Story takes place in the 1920s This is the story Zorell Dupree, a young twenty year old nurse who moves to the city working for a prestigious hospital. She is a small time girl thrown into the fast-paced world of the city. Her childhood friend Leland Freeman learns of her appointment and asks for her help. The woman he loves is a patient there, and he asks that she look after her. The two women become friends and Shanee Lavene, her newfound friend plays matchmaker with her old time friend Gavin Lorio. Thinking that Zorell is working much too hard she asks Gavin the take her out and show her a good time. Erupting Emotion is my collection of poems based on emotions and experiences. Most of them are dark and based on feelings of depression, anger and fear. However some poems are about love and strength. This collection has helped me deal with all of my emotions and has allowed me to share my voice with others.
