Mordor's power is growing. Sauron grows stronger in Lessien. The Battle of the Ring is far from over. As Gandalf's knowledge is enhanced, he and Lessien come to find that she may be a huge advantage against the power of Mordor. Despite the breaking of the Fellowship, Lessien's story continues on with her remaining companions. When the group encounters Gandalf again, it appears that her role in the oncoming war is much more important than she ever imagined. As she figures out who she is to be to the good forces of Men, Lessien and the rest of her group travel to Edoras where they aid King Theoden against the threats that Rohan faces. But as more and more is revealed of what Lessien is to do to save Middle Earth, she finally sees all that she has to lose. The cost of being a hero is high. The question rises, what is she willing to let go in order to win this war?

She falls for the cocky Jace Herondale, Sebastian is worse than before, and people will have secrets that can change the entire way the Institute has seen things.

After a company of Dwarves enter the woods and are captured, a young dwarf named Fili ends up having feelings for Sylvanas. After disobeying the orders of their King, Sylvanas and Tauriel end up going after the dwarves who ended up escaping and follow them to Laketown, accompanied by Legolas. The three Elves end up being part of the Battle of the Five Armies and from there nothing will ever be the same. (This story takes place before, during and after the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. I do not own nor claim the characters and places of J.R.R Tolkien's world. Faervel is an Elvish Princess of the Lothlorien kingdom. She is the daughter to the lady of light, Galadriel, and to Lord Celeborn. She grew to be the jewel of Lorien, her beauty and kindness loved by all. What Faervel does not know is that she was born in the time of the Forging of the Rings. The great evil of Sauron plagued her mind as a small infant. Sauron saw her future, and saw the power she was to have. He sought to control it and use it for his dominion. Sauron moved to poison her mind and blacken her soul, only to find the young elfling, of only a few years of age, would not give in to evil so hastily. Faervel fought against Sauron, and soon he was banished from her mind and broken by her will. But Sauron was not to be so easily defeated. He forged a fourth ring for the elves, for Faervel, but this one with a more evil purpose. Embedded in the golden band sat a ruby that glistened with the promise of dominance. When Faervel get's involved in the destruction of the One Ring, it is soon obvious that should the ring survive, Faervel's pure soul would not. With nightmares and Sauron's power grazing against her mind, Faervel turns to her friends, but with one elf, she finds more than just friendship...
