"Dance with me." I looked at Giovanni and his blue eyes stared at me with amazement and compassion. Something no other man ever did before. "I have not danced in a long time Isabel." He smirked as he laid back on the couch and stared at me. My favorite song was playing, and I could not help but to pull him up as I begged. "Please?" That soft plead made him weak. Nothing ever made him weak. He never danced before. This tall, buff, muscular man danced with me and held my tiny self against his strong frame as if I was everything in the world to him. He danced...... Or he tried to dance for me. I giggled as I ran my fingers through his hair as he looked nervous. "Isabel. I must tell you something." He whispered against my lips. Giovanni Fiorelli Mafia Lord. Cold. Ruthless. Deadly. Unwilling to care or love. When a meeting has gone bad, Giovanni thought that he would die in the freezing cold river. Isabel Cielo. Sweet. Kind. Selfless. Beautiful inside and out. Able to love No matter what condition. Never would he have thought that in a world full of demons and monsters, he would meet....... A Saint.

My head snapped to the side as he slapped me forcefully on the cheek. I kept my head down not allowing him to see the hurt in my eyes, or the hurt in my heart, or the pain all over my body. No, I was stronger than that, I would not let him see it; he already called me weak, pathetic and out of place. "Look at me," he growled menacingly. I kept my head down and I literally felt his fury radiating off him. An iron hand wrapped around my throat and it lifted my head, but before my eyes made contact with his face I closed them. "Human", he spat, "I said look at me.", his voice was dangerously low. I knew he was playing a game with me, I had done it once and I had payed for it. The grip around my throat tightened and it became difficult to breath. "Look at me", His voice had turned into a seducing velvety whisper. "I know you want to." He knew what he wanted but he didn't allow himself, that's why me looking at him was forbidden. It brought out his monster, the beast that could only be tamed by one person. Who? ♤♡◇♧ A dangerous world awaits her, a world she didn't know existed. When the submissive falls among the dominating there's no end to the surprises and dangers lurking around. _______________________________ Highest ranking: #6 in vampire #2 in mystery #1 in romance _______________________________ @chrissy303 - My heart strings pulled just reading that...then again I get to deep into stories @sreeti - I'm so glad I read this book. As if life wasn't hard enough being bullied and treated like garbage all the time; my loathsome, insufferable seat mate just had to come with his "secrets" and torture my every waking hour. What's the big deal you say? Nothing except for the fact that he's some insanely beautiful Greek God under those nerdy glasses. And now, he lives next door. I'm Sarah and this is my story.
