When Charlie Oswin moved to Beacon Hills to live with her aunt after the death of her father, she thought the worst she'd have to deal with was gossip, term papers, and her new best friend and across-the-street neighbor Lydia Martin lipsticking her to death in the never-ending quest to make Charlie socially acceptable. Actually Lydia had described it more as avoiding becoming a 'facepalm-inducing embarrassment'. But for a tiny town that was 90% forest with only one functional movie theater, there sure seemed to be a lot of people dying. There was something going on in Beacon Hills--something off. Enter one Stiles Stilinski. He was a twitchy, sarcastic weirdo, and she definitely appreciated that in a person. He and his friend Scott McCall also happened to be at the center of every strange thing that was going on in this weird-ass town. It was one giant mystery. And she was going to figure out what it was. She just never expected to stop being scary and defensive long enough to start developing actual human feelings along the way. She pulled out his deepest insecurities, tossed it on a table and picked at it with hypothetical tweezers. “What were you like some sad typist behind a desk evaluating profile compatibility at findyourmatch.com?” She grinned at his words not in the slightest bit insulted. “Do you always joke your way out of a stressful situation, defense mechanism yeah?” His frown deepened and she shook her head still smiling. “No need to be so anxious,” She murmured while leaning back “Tell you what, why don’t you give it a shot.” “Give what a shot?” “Analyze me, go on I won’t bite” Something about the words that left her lips amused her, Stiles wanted to ask why but her proposition grabbed his attention “ just tell me the first thing you can tell about me.” Stiles never a more infuriating, strange, mysterious girl like Ariel. He didnt even know her last name yet she was more than comfortable with hanging out in his room when ever she pleased, going through his library, listening to his music and worst of all, analyse him like a Petridish under a microscope and she was always right. But she offered to teach him in exchange for his books and music? There was a warning at the back of his mind but how could he pass up such a opportunity to get to know his enemies before they get him? Especially when his tutor had such a sultry smile and mesmerizing blue eyes.

Unlike her brother Charlie who was excited for the move Jenna couldn't be more upset. What was there to do in a small town like Beacon Hills, California? They have what, one movie theater? Fun. But as we know Beacon Hills isn't a normal town. With it's supernatural secrets and creatures Jenna unfortunately gets wrapped up in it after making new friends with the very supernatural group itself. It also doesn't help that she thinks she's falling for her pale, freckled, sarcastic best friend that is in love with someone else. How is Jenna going to survive? Does she have secrets herself? Maybe ones that she doesn't know about? Well you'll just have to see.
