Inuyasha's hanyou heritage gets found out by people on Kagome's side of the well. Chased, Alone, and somewhat scared with only eachother to depend on they can't return to the feudal era. Rated R for violence and descriptive sexual situations.

Kagome and Inuyasha didn't mean to sleep together. But they did. They thought they could forget what had happened that night. But they can't. Why? Unknown feelings start to surface. Or could it be that they see each other everyday since Inuyasha is Kagome's boss? And did I mention Inuyasha is married and Kagome is engaged?

-Inuyasha loves both Kikyo and Kagome but, when he lost the one he truly loves, he has to get her back. Can he stand to hurt the woman who was his first love? -Kagome is off on a fresh start. She is loving her new life and embracing love again. But, deep inside her there is a hollowness. She misses everyone but she swore to never ever see HIM again. What happens when the past comes to catch her? -Kikyo is angered. Kagome is in her way and she's sick of her. But, Kikyo has something up her sleeves that'll make sure Kagome doesn't ever come between her and Inuyasha ever again.

I slowly sit up staring at the figures in front of me who were crying tears of joy. I sit there silently still a little dizzy from my soul returning back to my body. Inuyasha grips me tightly. " Kagome! Thank God! I thought I was going to lose you for good!" I stare at the man confused. He's hugging me because? Miroku stands up and starts to walk off. " Let's get back to the village." Everyone agrees and starts to walk away except for me. Inuyasha glances back. " Are you coming Kagome?!" I stare at him confused. " Who is Kagome? and who are you people?" Everyone looks at each other nervously then walk back, I start to climb up on the porch. " Your Kagome, that's your name." said Miroku. Inuyasha grips onto my arms staring into my eyes. " Kagome, don't you remember anything? d-do you know who I am?" I stare at him nervously...." No, I-I don't....please let me go....." I squirm out of his grip and quickly stand up trying to find a place to run. Inuyasha stood there in shock. " Kagome's....afraid of me....she can't remember me....."

It should have been no different that any other night. The metallic scent of blood clung in the moist air. But this blood-scent was different. It was one Sesshoumaru recognized, and it could only mean one thing: Somewhere, a young priestess lay dying.
