Dad said mom is in a better place now. But shes not! She was fine and in a better place at home! Ugh! Sometimes i wish i could go back in time and save her then we wouldn't be this mess right now.. (Ninjago Fanfic book 1) After finding an amulet with his favorite color on the gem, Zane embraces a wolf's spirit he didn't know he could control. But there is a blood lust behind it. Every night, at midnight, Zane must stow away and hunt for food in order to survive. When his brother, Jay, almost becomes his prey, Zane is shooed off and condemned to never see them again, including his brother. But Jay will not surrender to Cole, the team leader. He and green ninja Lloyd stow away every night and visit the teenage wolf. But when Cole decides to follow Jay and Lloyd, he doesn't like what he sees. He forces Lloyd and Jay to confinement, which is quickly betrayed by Kai. Will the rebellion bring their friend back into the team? If so, will Zane fight Cole and take his place as leader? Will Cole win the spot instead? What will happen if the rebellion does not succeed?
