Through this cold and lonely world we walk with bare feet on course gravel and this book is like a pair of sandals. Those who want to find a better way to think should read this. Some of these poems will make you smile and laugh and some might make you sad, but at least you'll feel something. To those who find themselves in a dark place, I hope this helps you climb back into the light and to those who find themselves in the light, I hope this encourages you to bring someone back in. This may also have some short essays on different philosophies and I hope those help as well.

If you're like me you've seen just about every zombie apocalypse story out there. Thousands have been written and they've tried just about every type of situation, from trying to reach a safe zone to finding a cure, but I believe there's still something more to this franchise. Just about every one has thought about what they would do if they were in a zombie apocalypse. Maybe you've decided that you're gonna run to the nearest store and stock up on supplies, maybe you've decided that you're gonna bug out and take your chances out on the road, or maybe you're just going to barricade the door and wait it out at home. Well what if there isn't a store for miles, what if the roads are out, or what if you're hundreds of miles from home. This zombie story doesn't take place in a city where there's plenty of weapons, vehicles, and houses. This one takes place at Heartland Summer camp and when the dead rise up to eat the living , the campers need to either nut up or shut up. (In progress)

Life in high school isn't nearly the way that the world, or more specifically Hollywood, portrays it. Not everyone or any specific group of people are really nailed down to a particular stereotype. People can really surprise you. But you must remember, we all have sides to ourselves that we don't let other people see, we all wear faces.

This is a short one-act I wrote. It's a comedic re-telling of the tale of the Greek Myth Narcissus. In my version, Narcissus was an ugly man with no hope for finding love. So he ventures to find a way to become beautiful, and when he does he rejects everyone who loves him.

Life in the colonies is not exactly fun, or nearly adventurous enough for Joshua. The world he grew up in is too dull for the world that his imagination yearns to see. So, with his mother's blessing, he, and his little sister, journey to the recently industrialized Europe. To his surprise, the world outside of his quaint little hometown is much darker, and more corrupt than he could've imagined. Now, it is up to him, and those who he becomes acquainted with, to unravel the mysteries wracked around a secretive, eccentric league of inventors who seem more evil than not. Hopefully our diverse group can find out the truth behind conspiracy.
