Final-year medical students Pond, Joong, and William have exactly three goals: survive their last year, graduate with whatever remains of their sanity, and avoid getting publicly humiliated by their professors.
Unfortunately, the hospital has other plans.
Enter Dr. Phuwin Tangsakyuen, the cardiothoracic fellow whose face should probably be classified as a workplace hazard. Alongside him are Dr. Dunk Natachai, who knows everyone's business before they do, and Dr. Est Supha, who runs on caffeine, surgical skill, and questionable decision-making.
With two days in cardiothoracic surgery, two days in neonatal medicine, and two days in general surgery, the students are trapped in an endless cycle of rounds, lectures, surgeries, night shifts, and increasingly suspicious eye contact.
Pond is definitely not staring at Dr. Phuwin.
Joong definitely has his life under control.
William definitely isn't babysitting two grown adults.
Nobody is developing feelings.
Nobody is making bad decisions.
Nobody is one inconvenience away from a complete emotional breakdown.
As friendships blur into something far more complicated, hospital gossip spreads faster than medical records, scents become impossible to ignore, and six people discover that medicine can explain a lot of things.
Hearts, unfortunately, are not one of them.
