A short poem I wrote in the sixth grade, after learning that 95% of our oceans are unexplored.

A poem based off of the point of view of Elie Wiesel in his novel "Night", which tells his experience in the Nazi German concentration camps Auschwitz and Buchenwald (1944-45) at the height of the Holocaust toward the end of World War II. Originally written as a response poem for my Sophomore High School English class.
