Clary fray is pregnant with Jace baby how will they figure it out.

“You’re mine Clary, don’t you get it by now?" Sebastian yelled, his rage boiling over like an erupting volcano. "Screw Jace – not like you need encouragement – just give in and accept that we’re meant for each other! Forget about Jace!” Clary screamed as she felt her rune activate, and memories in the back of her mind were burned away. Memories of a boy with bright golden eyes.

The story takes place about 5 years after everything that happened in "The Mortal Instruments" series. Basically, this is my version of Jace and Clary's life together.

This is set four months after city of heavenly fire. Clary and Jace have been fighting for a week because Clary wants to take part in their missions but Jace thinks she is not ready yet.So Clary is giving him the silent treatment. But then Clary discovers she is pregnant. What will she do?

Will gets attacked by a greater demon while out on a mission with Jem and he brings him to the one person he knows can help him: Magus Bane. Tessa shows up once Magus helps Will and insists on taking care of him for the rest of the night.

Tessa and Will have been together for a year and are married, Jem was a Silent Brother and Tessa is going to have a baby. What is an issue is that, Tessa being half warlock and half nephilim, they don't know what will happen to the child when it comes. On top of this the downworlders are being treated like scrap and the nephilum are considering that Tessa should not be trusted. Will is on edge because of this. Will Tessa be thrown out of the London Institute because of her blood or will Will step in with Consul Charlotte Branwell and stand up for Tessa's right to live in the Institute with them?

Clary finds out that she is pregnant and is worried about Jace's reaction. But, with the help of Izzy and Simon, she does the right thing and tells Jace about his child. They then find out that Sebastian is still alive and so are a few other people. He finds a way to get to Clary and everyone else and tries to be the new and improved Valentine. When they finally escape Sebastian, Clary gives birth to a beautiful baby. But, there is something wrong, so Clary makes a heartbreaking decision and runs away with Izzy, leaving the rest of their family behind. Including Jace. Izzy and Clary go take shelter in the Loss Angelus Institute, with Emma and Jules. While the story carries on about Jace in NY and Clary and Izzy in L.A, part of the book will get to focus on Emma and Jules. They have a spanner in there relationship and while Jules is trying to pull it out, it seems Like Emma is trying to kick it in further. What will happen if Emma kicks it so far that it is jammed in there forever?

Clary thought that with Jace's arrival, things could return to what used to seem normal at the Institute and at home. But with Sebastian running freely, new troubles begin to arise, hurling them back into another battle that threatens not only their lives, but all shadowhunters's as well. Now struggling in the midst of impending war, Clary must accept that an ultimate sacrifice must be made. Her. "Clary, please," Jace begged. Anger burned in his eyes, but Clary knew him well enough to see the agony behind it. She wanted to comfort him; to make promises that she could keep to the boy she loved, but she knew what had to be done. Clary shook her head. "You have to do it!" she shouted, stepping away from him. "Now, Jace!" "No! You can't make me!" he fired back. His eyes glistened with unshed tears and his entire body was shaking violently. Clary rarely knew Jace to look defeated, but that's how he looked, standing before her; vulnerable and broken. "Tell me to do anything else," he said. "I beg you, Clarissa. Anything else but this." She felt her own eyes well up, silent tears spilling down her cheeks. "I'm sorry, Jace." She took another step backwards. "Clary, no!" She turned to face him one last time. "Don't let Valentine's story be true," she said, her tone desperate. "Don't let this destroy you." (All characters and original story belongs to Cassandra Clare. Clary is getting tired of everyone. She is becoming distant from everyone but one person. She is having to watch her back while her nightmares lurch the street. Can Clary keep what she has with Jace going, or will the heavenly fire have a grip o their relationship? What is Clary going to do? She wants to finish this once and for all, but there is only one way to do it. Can Clary save the ones she loves and kill her brother?
