This is a one shot of Allan A Dale and my OC Cassandra. This has nothing to do with the original story line of That's Worth Fighting For, my Robin Hood BBC Fanfiction. I wrote this trying to explore new angles of writing style. I hope you enjoy it!

Kayden Winters is not like any normal female. She doesn't care for fancy outfits or jewellery and was not born into a rich family. She was born in the small village of Nettlestone and when she turned sixteen she left the village to travel. She ended up meeting a middle-aged noblewoman, called Lady Violetta and immediately befriended her. Violetta, after seeing Kayden's truly amazing fighting skills, hired her as her personal bodyguard and the Captain of her guards. Violetta has been summoned to Nottingham for a large gathering of nobles and as her bodyguard, Kayden is obligated to join her. Not that she minded, she was going to take this opportunity to visit her family in Nettlestone. However, Kayden was not expecting to meet a group of outlaws led by the infamous Robin Hood, and she definitely hadn't intended to develop feelings for a certain charming archer, Allan A Dale.
