Antonio (Spain) was admitted to an asylum a while ago, diagnosed with Angelman syndrome. Meaning the only emotion he can feel is happiness. Rosabella (Nyo!Romano) is a nurse in the asylum, and she wants to help Antonio get his emotions back. Even if it seems like she's not very willing to help.
