Life can be brutal and uncaring to some. Aisha was one of those unfortunate "some" she had deceived herself into believing she had full control of her life. That she could set the terms of how her life would unfold. However, life and fate have a way of showing us just how much control we truly have. How does one cope when the people most important in our lives are ripped away from us? What does one do when they become the sole guardian of their two younger siblings? And how does one survive, when you're hated because of your faith.

We look up at the same sky and we see the same thing and suddenly, it's not so lonely anymore.
