Gerard Way's life has been put on hold ever since the death of his girlfriend. That is, until he meets Frank Iero at a small coffee shop down the road...

He was sitting in the metal chair, pulling and twisting his black hair while shaking uncontrollably. "They're not real..." He muttered to himself. He had scratched on his face and dried blood beneath his fingernails. He looked like a madman with the innocence of a child. "SHUT UP! SHUT UP SHUT SHUT UP!" He screamed. The cries echoed off the cement walls and carried through the empty corridors. A young,troubled boy named Frank Iero had just happened to be walking through the eerie streets behind the abandoned prison when he heard the screeches...and had met Gerard Way for the first time.

Gerard always felt different, but that didn't stop him from making an impression on people. He was somewhat crazy in his past school. But college brings up a bunch of new opportunities and new faces, but also leads to Gerard questioning himself in ways he didn't before.

Frank is a detective with more issues than solving the recent murders. He is missing something, but unsure of what, until he meets Dr Way.

New school, new bullies, and a new friend with an intriguing older brother (who may or may not be gorgeous). What's the worst that can happen? -Frerard-
