Instead, he was taken in by Deathstroke, the renowned mercenary. He was abused constantly as well as trained in order to become the perfect apprentice; or as better known, Renegade. What happens when Batman discovers a kid committing murders in Gotham? Surely, Batman wouldn't even let a kid break the law. Justice must be delivered and he must be taken to prison.... But then again... This kid is Dick Grayson :)

The Team get kidnapped by The Light and are forced on an impossible mission to where even The Light are to frightened to enter: The Asylum. The Asylum is home to the failed experiments of The Light that are too insane and too powerful to be in The Light but The Light refuses to kill them. Now, the experiments are finding a way to escape and they have revenge on their creaters burned into their minds, so The Light sends in the reluctant Team to stop them from escaping. While in The Asylum, The Team meet a thirteen year old Richard Grayson that has been stranded in The Asylum for four years trying to escape, with no memory of how he got into The Asylum in the first place. But with the boy's amazing hacking skills that help them through nearly every obstacle, how he got there is the last of their worries. With all the failed, hell bent experiments they face and the threat of being blown up with The Asylum by The Light when they've stopped the threat, are The Team and their new companion going to make it through?

Dick Grayson, after watching his parents fall to his death, is adopted by Slade Wilson or Deathstroke. He becomes his slave and apprentice in which he calls Renegade. When the teen heros stumble into Cadmus, Superboy isn't the only one they find and save. I know this has been overdone, but I still think this would be fum to write!

What will happen when the team's Robin gets caught on a mission? Will their intelligent and brave Robin have his wings clipped forever? Or will they be able to save him from the evil clutches of the Joker, Harley and Bane? Follow the journey as the team embarks on a mission to save Robin, learning new facts about their youngest member a long the way. *Important note:* This story is unedited (and will remain this way) - there are grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and flaws in the plot. Robin's past haunts him in his sleep, he sees his mom and dad falling and hitting the ground with a heart breaking crack. What will Robin do to hide his past from the team?
