This is a true story. I wish I could say it were some beautiful romance, or a story of triumph. But it's not. It's mine. It's a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, a dizzying spin of doctors, loves, and hurt. I can't guarantee you a happy ending, but you may as well come along for the ride. After all, I'm not broken yet. Author's Note: I was diagnosed with scoliosis just months ago, but somehow I failed to see how my spine could curve my life. I promise everything I write about is true, although I did change names for the sake of this piece. This book is a work in progress, and so am I. To those who have felt broken: stand tall, for you don't stand alone.
