---Currently ongoing--- Summary Two different worlds will soon clash together in an epic battle. In the Pokémon world, a war is being waged. The Elite, a group of powerful Pokémon, have been at war with the Exiled Ones, a group of Pokémon formerly members of the Legendary Ones. The Exiled Ones only crave destruction and wish to rule over the world, and they will destroy anyone that dare gets in their way, but they Twelve have made things difficult for them. In the Ninja world, another war is brewing at the same moment. The Akatsuki are slowly collecting the powerful Tailed Beasts, in the hopes of ruling over the Nations. All of the Nations are slowly coming together to defeat the upcoming threat, putting aside past differences to hopefully bring peace once more. But an even greater threat is coming closer. In a crossroad of two dimensions, two deities, Arceus and the Ten-Tails, have come across each other. Fearing that the other would destroy their worlds, they would soon start a battle, a battle so fierce that it will change the fate of both worlds. As now both worlds are in danger. Through a rift created from the battle of the two gods, the Pokémon Elite are transported to the mysterious world of Ninjas. The Elites and the Ninjas, intrigued by the other's species, are going to come across obstacles and differences, but they will have to align with each other if they are going to stop the war between Arceus and Ten-Tails, or else their worlds will be doomed. Naruto has the Rinnegan and the Sharingan after meeting Kyuubi at the age of 6 and found out who is parents were and to agree to train him in is bloodlines the Rinnegan from is mother and the Sharingan from his grandfather Madara Uchiha. And keep it a secret from everyone even is Jiji and keep playing the idiot role.

The blonde performed a few handseals and then Kyuubi Chakra erupted from his surprising Madara. "What!? But I sealed it!?!?" He shouted enraged. His team mates stood in front of his as he flashed through handseals at breakneck speed. When Madara realized what he was doing he threw jutsu down at them. Unfortunately for him, before the jutsu could reach the team the jinchuriki finished his handseals and grabbed one of each of his team mates shoulders and in a flash of blinding white light they vanished. Naruto was dark-hearted soul that decides to leave Konoha with unknown goals to achieve. Just disappeared into the wind. Sasuke's focus from Itachi shifts to Naruto as he overhears rumors of his power to stop an entire army of ANBU which is unbelievable but pressure to remain undefeated throws Sasuke into the training dojo under the harsh teaching of Kakashi and Jiraiya. Tsunade tries to reach contact without brutal force but resorts to hiring a certain group to take him down, capture the Kyuubi and transfer it to her in exchange for an insane money loss in Konoha's economy. But only time (and chapters) will tell whether her methods of capture will turn for the better or worse.
