Scott had promised Mitch he wasn't going to make any decisions without talking to him but after Mitch had come back to LA from Christmas break and Scott didn't follow, Mitch knew things would change. For a Month they tried to keep touch, but after a while, Mitch didn't know what to say and Scott didn't seem too interested in his life anymore. They spent almost two years without talking. What happens when Mitch finds out that Scott's mom has been sick the whole time? Will he leave his life in LA to be there for Scott? Will be updating every day in December. Contains mature content.

They want me to feel like I shouldn't life my life because I inconvenience those who want to stick to the status quo. You know what? Fuck the status quo. If you want to be like everybody else, that's fine. But, let me tell you something. You're not living your life right... You'll have to face the wrath of the status quo, but one of these days when you've stepped away from it all and start to realize it's complete bull shit and you've learned from it, you'll be so much happier. "It was a mistake, Scott! Get that through your head!" Mitch Grassi, a blossoming art student at a college far from home, has trouble studying one night as the dorm a few doors down hosts a wild, loud, and distracting party. He finds himself going to shut it down, but ends up doing much more. After an accidental hookup, he tries to go on with his life, but he can't shake the man that can't seem to shake him. He has put up expert walls to avoid situations like these, but that man still wants to break them down, no matter how many times Mitch tells him that was happened was a mistake.

Scott has a problem. Mitch might be able to help him, but what's the price? Will this add something on their relationship, or will it just mess things up?

Scott, Mitch, and the 1990s gay scene - brought to the modern day in honor of Pride month. I began writing this during Pride month in 2017. The LGBTQ+ community's ongoing battle for equality has come so, so far, especially in the last 20 years. While there are a lot of factors that brought us to this point, one of the most significant, in my opinion, is the role the internet has played. It's allowed us to more easily connect with each other and has been perhaps the best vehicle for queer visibility since Gilbert Baker created the first Pride flag. It wasn't always like this. It was hard being young and queer in the 1990s, but that time period was pivotal; dusk was falling on what being queer had always been. It was the end of small pockets of queerness, of gay districts and questionable bars and kids not having anywhere to turn for help. After fighting hard for 50 years, advancing equality bit by bit, there's a very real fear that we may lose ground in the current political climate. In honor of #Pride2017, and as a reminder of why we need to keep fighting, I'm going to use the internet to take a jump to the left and time warp Scott, Mitch, and the gang back to the mid 90s. Only the wealthy had cell phones, the internet was rudimentary and haphazard, and the music was amazing. The experiences in this series will reflect experiences I personally had or that friends of mine had in the queer community during that time. This is more than a love story.
