The sequel of Moonlovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo Go Ha Jin (modern day Hae Soo)'s sister Go Eun Ji finds herself being dragged away into the historical era of Goreyo. There she meets Wang So and learns things about her sister she never knew. She befriends Hae Soo's daughter and romance stirs up between her and the princes.
