It started with a phone call and then everything just got worse and worse. Again it started with a phone call and it didn't get better. It ended with a phone call and my world fell to pieces ~ When 19 year old Kayleigh loses her family, she also loses her livelihood. She doesn't talk to other people and she tries to avoid all social activities. This doesn't go unnoticed by her peers and a certain grey eyed bad boy. Sebastian Blackwood is a brooding 21 year old. He thinks caring is for the weak and does not believe in miracles. Drowning his sorrows in alcohol is a common occurrence for Sebastian, but when he meets Kayleigh he suddenly comes to the conclusion that drinking is not always to solution. ~ "I thought you didn't talk?" he whispered in my ear pressing me further into the wall. I kept my mouth shut and put my hand on his torso, trying to push him away. His minty breath tickled my ear when he whispered the next 5 words in my ear "I will make you talk." ~ Disclaimer: Kayleigh is not mute nor will she not talk the whole story. To see what does happen you will just have to read the book for yourself. Lost Memories is a novel written by Natasha Howe / Cheese_Sticks_ . Practically all her life, Eva Prescott has been in love with her best friend Aidan Sanchez. Sappy romance, I know. "They're made for each other!" "Aw, they both are so cute together. " "When will they start dating?" Everyone coos and wonders along with Eva's heartbroken mind. But how long can her feelings remain unrequited and not noticed by him? She's had enough of her hopeless feelings for Aidan and decides to do the deed she's dreaded the most: • Murder him, without leaving any clue of his existence behind on the planet. Nah, I'm kidding (not). • Get over him. There are plenty of fish in the sea after all. The last thing she expected was a new guy to come into the picture and completely sweep her off her feet, once again. And to make things more complicated, Aidan finally professes his love for her that he's kept hidden for so long. What should she do? Choose Jake, the guy she's falling for or Aidan, her best friend whom she was in love with since her childhood? Will she fall in love once more or be pulled back by her old disunited feelings? Is loving another person really worth more than the guy who finally returns the feelings you've had for him since middle school? I smiled knowingly, because now, I could hear the pace of his heart beating rapidly against his chest. Exactly like mine. ➴ ➵ ➶ ➷ Here, you have Scarlett Anderson. Blake Parker was whom you call popular. Eleanor Smith was whom you call a loner. He was cocky, she was smart with her words. He had too many tattoos, she had not even a piercing. She hated her life, he embraced his. She hated the world, while he enjoyed it. She had a dark past which still stays unknown to her, while he had a memorable one. He had everything he wanted in his life, but he couldn't help but feel curious about the shy girl by the window in Coffee Drips. He wanted to unravel the mysteries that hid beneath her shadows and hooded jacket. So, one fine day, he maned up and decided to talk to her. He's never felt this intrigued by someone and she's never felt happier to have someone talking to her with a smile again. Haven't you heard? Opposites attract. There are too many cliché stories about 'the quiet, mysterious guy who falls for the bubbly, sarcastic girl'. But this one's completely opposite. And this is the story of Tattoo Guy and Coffee Girl. And this is their story of falling in love.
