As the star festival began and the lights of the sky fell upon the bright, joyous Mushroom Kingdom, Mario gleefully jumped his way to the castle. Toads were everywhere on the road to the Princess's castle, either catching the glowing bits of space or watching the bright heavens rain down on the kingdom paths. It was an unusually bright night, and the young hero was excited to see all that the Princess had done in the famed pink castle. As the bright abyss of space showed its secrets once more this hundredth year in the Princess's kingdom, all was in light and joy on the Earth. In the comet of the skies, lumas floated about the grounds of the Observatory, jumping and squealing and glowing around the domes. The Mother of the Lumas watched them in reserved excitement.They were always the light of her heart, even through the darkness of space. But there was something she looked toward that had brought unusual happiness to her life. She, finally, was going home.
