[Aight so I've read 89574934935 phanfics since Christmas so I'm gonna give this a go] Fairies are good sprites. Faeries are evil sprites. When Dan meets Phil, a raven-haired boy claiming he's hopelessly lost in the woods, he can't tell if Phil is really human. Dan's seen every neck of this wood, and along with the trees come sprites - some good, some evil. Some sprites just like playing tricks on humans, some like to play with them, but others, specifically the faeries, try to make humans fall in love with them. Once they've got someone under their spell, they'll leave them with a broken heart - and some broken bones. So, Dan is hesitant to fall in love with the mysterious blue-eyed boy he finds in the wood. But when he does, his love is faced with the ultimate task: would he risk his own life to save Dan's?

Dan and Phil the perfect match...though it seemed like it, for a while. Phil, he changed. He let society mould him into the definition of popular, whilst Dan desired to stay who he was. Dan had his chance to change, no second chances or change of heart. Phil had gone, along with the relationship that was once labelled as 'perfect'.

Dan's the new kid in school, expelled from his last for threatening a teacher. Dan's family hoping this will be a new start, don't know their son's biggest secret. Will Dan have the confidence to tell his father about the way he feels? Or will he continue to be the rebellious teenager he is? Phil is completely the opposite from Dan, never gets in trouble, quiet and doesn't have any friends. Trying to double depression and his grades, how will he deal with a new kid in his class? Will all his secrets be revealed? And will the bullying stop? Dan crosses Phil on his first day, and things don't start in the best way. Phil doesn't need help, but Dan is adamant he helps the boy through his years at college. What will happen when things turn upside-down for the both of them?
