Tord has lived his childhood with the hallows to kill off and keep humans and Peculiars away from his home. He looked nothing like his guardians, but is supposed to live up to their standards. But what can he do when he falls in love with a child that lives peacefully at the Peregrine Orphanage with two other friends, and the only people he ever considered friends are caught in a war between sides, and the hardest thing to do is decide which we are on.
