So he grows up on Earth with his best friend, while his family tries to find him. But he soon learns that Dean is more than his best friend, and he also learns that Dean feels the same way toward this angel who lost his wings.

Castiel gets to know Dean for a few days. He stays in a hotel near the bar. On his last night he invites Dean back to his hotel room. They awake the next morning to discover the paparazzi waiting for the King. Because of his status he has to avoid scandal like this, he could get overthrown! He tells the reporters that confront him that Dean is his fiancé. He promises Dean that he will share the throne and be rewarded for his help. But what happens when Dean isn't really much more than a hustling bartender, scamming his way through life. Will he ruin the monarchy (getting Cas overthrown), or will he make a suitable Prince Consort to King Castiel. A case of royalty gone wrong...
