"Kiss me." He orders, slamming my locker shut. "Is she coming?" I ask, turning my head to look behind me, but he grabs my face and makes me look up at him. "Yes, now kiss me." I do as told, getting on my tippy toes as I lean up to kiss him. He kisses me back slowly, before he pins me against the lockers and deepens the kiss. My eyes widen and I try to push him away. This isn't part of the deal. He pulls away, a full on smirk plastered on his face. "I lied." He confesses, turning around. "She wasn't coming." Then, he walks away.

My names Clarissa Adele Morgenstern, but my friends all normally call me Clary. Just recently my mother and father filed for a divorce. Which meant me and my big brother, Jonathan, both got the choice to choose who we wanted to live with. Our mother was staying in Chicago, which is where both of us were raised, well our father will be moving to New York, where he got a new and better job offer. Me and my brother are almost like twins, we share the same room and are always attached to the hip, we do everything together. But I don't feel at home here, i don't think i ever did. We are the most popular people in our high school and are respected, like leaders. But I have decided to move with my father away from my friends and family and popularity. When i moved to New York I didn't know what would happen... But I sure as hell didn't expect this. Or expect leaving to damage my relationship with my brother.
