Matthew was on his routine morning stroll when he comes across a creature that was believed to not even exist. A Mermaid. Or in this case, a Merman. Seeing that the Merman is injured, Matthew takes it home and nurses it back to health. After it recovered and Matthew got to know more about it, he starts to experience feelings toward it. Will the Merman develop feelings toward Matthew and would it even work out? I do NOT own Hetalia or the characters! I do own the plot and cover photo though. Hope you enjoy reading!

~Sequal to Fading Away~ Its been a little over a year since Matthew Williams has passed away. Alfred was devastated. Francis learned to cope with it. Arthur remembers nothing. Matthew has come back as a child with no memories of ever being alive before. It's their chance to set things right and fix the bond that tore with time. This should be a good thing! It really should, but between their diffrences and their inability to get along, they could just end up making the same mistakes all over again and end up with a fate worse than the death of a loved one.

You were C/n. You grew up with America and had a happy life with him. When you two grew up together, you both started to develop feelings for each other, but something else was on your mind. You wanted your independence. It wasn't easy to talk to America about having your independence. Having the war was even worse, both of your feelings were now crushed by the war. The only thing left for you to do was cry. Canada, being on your side, will never let you be sad. Let's see what happens in the future.

So, basically, I got my parents and my grandma to react to tons of Hetalia characters. WARNING-THESE ARE HILARIOUSLY TRUE AND YOU WILL LAUGH!!! *these are 100% my parents real reactions. Matthew just wanted to be remembered, that's all. Since he is always beat up and ignored he has always wanted at least a bit of the attention, but he will always be a shadow. He finally loses it on the day of his birthday. Every single person walked by him and had asked him to help with Alfred's birthday instead!!! Matthew is furious and leaves the house in hate and anger. Until an accident happens. Amnesia, that's what he now has. Alfred, Arthur and Francis are devastated and will do anything to fix their crumbling family by starting with fixing every wrong they've done to Mattie. Will it all be in vain?
