The Kingdom of Diagon, or Magellia to the muggles, is split into four wizarding sections. These sections each have a house where their most treasured items are kept. The Lord and Lady of each section along with their families and the other members of their parliament live in the houses which upkeep is managed by the muggleborn servants from the local muggle town of Londsmeade. Hermione Granger, like so many other muggleborns has been raised to serve the noble house of Gryffindor. Taken from her parents at the age of seven, Hermione spent the next four years inside the safe walls of Hogwarts, where she was sorted to serve Gryffindor and taught how to serve it. The Lord and Lady of Gryffindor, James and Lily Potter are kind to their muggleborns and treat them like family. The muggleborns are educated, fed, clothed, paid, are guaranteed protection and at the age of seventeen are free citizens of Gryffindor and are excused from serving the rest of their lives. Hermione is by all means the perfect muggleborn servant, she works hard and serves well, until she meets as certain Lord of Slytherin, who shows her the pleasures of life beyond the walls of Gryffindor house.

The war is over, and all the seventh years are retaking their seventh year at Hogwarts. There's a new rule too, the Head Boy and Head Girl, Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, are to care for a child that's been placed in the school's care by the Headmistress's decision. Will the pair of enemies be able to work together to care for the child? Will it bring them together in a way no one expected? Disclaimer: I don't own any of the Harry Potter characters, that honor belongs to the distinguished J.K. Rowling.
