Erin Parker got onto the train by luck. She had witnessed a fight between two people over a ticket and had grabbed it while they were distracted. She was scared, cramped, and cold. The guards had taken all their possession that they had found. She managed to keep her pocket knife, a picture of her family, and her necklace hidden in her bra. Now, she had to worry about how she was going to survive in this box with over 1000 people in it.

Samantha has forgotten what the sun looks like. Being stuck on the Snowpiercer for 17 years with nothing but the comfort of strangers. The memory of her father being taken by the guards when she was 12 drives her to fight along side Curtis and his militia.
