The Doctor and Clara are traveling through time and space as usual, when they run into a bit of danger. Of course, they hit many bumps in the road. I own absolutely no part of Doctor Who, all copyrights go to the BBC and Steven Moffat. The only thing I own is this story.

An AU where Clara is the time traveller and she meets Matt, an ordinary human. They have a spark at first sight, so could this lead to anything?

This is from 2014. I highly suggest for you not to read it, as I was really young and had little to no experience when it came to writing. Nonetheless, I leave it up for my own remembrance or for others who are looking for cringy prompts that they can probably do better than I did. I'd rather suggest you read the other one-shot collection I have on this couple, though I won't force you. What I will say, however, is prepare for all sorts of cringe.

If there was one thing she was terrified of, it was losing me. And after four years, vice versa. She was the one person I never wanted to lose, the one person I couldn’t handle losing. And I lost her. Jayden thought she was a perfectly normal girl who just happened to have weird dreams about being a completely different person, a gun shooting, ass-kicking Time Lady with the fake name Artemis.
