This story follows That Little Screening Room. It will include the beginning of Don and Meryl's marriage including Henry, Dustin Hoffman slapping her and the ups and downs that come with being a newlywed. Enjoy!

A life altering event happens to Meryl at the Berlin Film Festival which leaves her shattered. How will the family react? Will she recover? Will she ever be the same woman again?

This is the second series I'm going to try to write. (Although I don't promise to update regularly at all, like not at all). Just like Serendipity deals with snippets from the later years/present time, this one is going to be flashbacks from the 80s/90s. You know young love, babies and other Strummer-y things. the Gummer's maybe famous but doesn't mean they can't have a not so perfect life. Meryl is the same as any other women she is just well known but can she keep her family from falling to ruins when something Jurassic goes on in the Gummer's household but can she do it and keep herself in binds or will it all fall down to ashes. (ashes to ashes dust to dust) will one person be able to bring them back or will it all just fall down in a big bang. does Don resent her or is he just mad at himself for not trying harder and cope with his grief all at the same time. but something unexpected things will happen. these are the trials we face, some will rise and some will fall but it is all up to you.

Its a beautiful summer in 1980 and Mary has one too many things on her mind but one of them is a boy named Don.

I started writing this story thinking how it will be to have my dream job alongside my friend with the same aspirations and supported by the incredible Anna Wintour. Then how this job could give the opportunity of our lives, meeting Meryl Streep. Now as a recent firthier I would like to add Colin Firth and his charm to the story. All about the love for the best idols I could've ever chosen to look up to, explained through my fangirl soul.
