They stayed in New York, working there and building a name for themselves. Luke and Gabriel went to California, doing odd jobs that mostly involve espianoge and staying to themselves. She was on her own, on the streets, sent there after her dad's new play thing found her in the motel she'd been hidden away like a dirty secret and demanded he throw her out, not wanting to share attention. She spent a year being trained, finding out she's a ghost bird, and went out on her own to help with missions around the country. Never the same name, never the same town, never the same team. What happens when five of these places stick to her? When men from different states steal pieces of her heart? Doctor Roberts has had enough.
