Much like humans, they fought, came together, made civilization, and destroyed it. They had gone through many of the situations we had. However, throughout their vast history, they had also sought survival in apocalyptic events we have only seen in our nightmares. This however, was their greatest challenge yet. Created first as a weapon for war, a race of dragon-like machines began to exterminate the dragon race, a massive war between the living and mechanical being waged worldwide. Neither side was able to destroy the other though. In the end, the machines attempted to blow a hole in the world, taking the dragons a most of the mechanics with it, in the hope that the machines would survive. However, the dragons did survive, either through premonition, durability, long thought out plans, pure luck, or stubbornness. Yes, the dragon race did survive the war. However, this is not that story. This is the story of what happens after the war. After the mechanic created bomb had destroyed the lives of many, it continued to torment in other ways. The climate of the world had been turned upside down, most of the dragon paradise now frozen solid, the impact crater of the bomb literally a burning hellhole. This is not the story of the war between the dragons and mechanics. This is the story of those who fight to survive, after. One day, years later, one of two things will have happened. The world will have recovered, life will have prospered. Or, the world will have become silent. No one will survive in that silent world. This is the story of those after. This is the story, or the Apocalyptic Wasteland.

With help of new friends Sky and Seeryath rise up against their enemies. If you haven't read the books yet, this might be a bit confusing because this takes place first in book six and takes some information from book 7.
