In which Yosano Futaba learns to bake and not much else, choosing to spend her time idly nudging the events surrounding one Hatake Kakashi into disarray and being a sufficiently depressing person. She claims she's trying to out-emo him. She's just shy. Notes: Kind of SI-OC and canon divergent. Mostly comedy. Not to be taken seriously. - Discontinued.

The plan looks something like this: Step 1: Kill Hanzō. Step 2: Glare at Nagato until he gives up his plans for world domination (Ame's neighbours used her as a warground, whether or not they ever attain peace is none of Konan's business). Step 3: Profit. Then Yahiko says since, you know, she killed Hanzo, she should naturally be the one to replace him. That's where it really goes downhill. (Nagato disagrees. It all started when she tried to threaten Konoha's three strongest. Yahiko doesn't know how to disagree with his boyfriend, so it's two on one, but she holds that her vote counts for three, because apparently she's Ame's master now.) ♛ Non-linear shorts centred around Konan and the original Akatsuki.

King Il abandons his people to starvation and occupies himself with indulging his daughters in wealth, Queen Kashi leaves behind no memory save the birth of a red-haired princess, Princess Yona lives in ignorance deep enough to be incriminating, and Princess Aeri's sin lies in her apathy. The crown sits upon the unworthy, and it's not nearly soon enough when it is wrenched away. But, so what? Aeri's pride is in her blood, in the warmth of her mother and the love of her father. Her pride takes root in the people she loves, in her family. And, even if she turns the castle into a shelter for the weary (one, then two, then three - since when has there been so many people she loves?), her father will always stand above them. Not the King, nor any bearer of the crown. And certainly not any usurper of it. The castle is home and it always will be. No one can change that. Aeri will make sure of it.
