19 year old Dan can see ghosts. Kept company by his friend Kyle who was killed in a hit and run when they were 16, Dan uses his powers to make a little extra money, providing people with closure and a chance to say goodbye to their loved ones. Things are going smoothly, or as smoothly as they could for a student trying to get by, until a very dead stranger appears at his door, wanting to know who killed him.

When sixteen year old Harriet Bird meets the young and eloquent Dan Smith, they both agree to give up all reason in order to make their night together feel infinite.
