Ryoku Espor has a special power hidden in side and in order to draw it out he needs a device. The story starts out with Ryoku running into a transfer students. This student has an effect on Ryoku's power. His sister, an agent at F.R.O.N.T.I.E.R., senses this and shows Ryoku Frontier. It's a defense base in between parallel worlds. Bill Cipher, in his human form, falls for a beautiful girl. She goes to Gravity falls to visit her uncle Stan, but is confused by Weirdmagedon. She finds out who caused the havoc, but never knew he might have a human form when she meets a man in the woods that she can't deny is the opposite of what he's described to be.
