Sheamus and Sasha Banks work together as detectives in a small urban city called Sanctuary. Mythical creatures such as vampires, witches, werewolves, trolls, fables, ogres, reside there and Sheamus has to keep them all from tearing each other apart. They all once knew each other in some point in time, but it all kind of changed once everyone settled in Sanctuary hoping to have a fresh start, except its harder for Sheamus because many people are still having repressed memories about everything he has done in the past and they haunt him. In spite of being made out to be the bad guy in every situation, he still makes it his duty to protect his city, to make sure all it well. Things were no doubt peaceful until a dead body is found at the footstep of the luxury condos, where the rich and middle class live. Sheamus and Sasha are left with a major case on their hands not knowing where to start, or who they should question first being that it's been a long time since a murder has been committed within the city. Horrors unfold as the two detectives work hard to solve the missing pieces while the shadows darken as the murderer moves, and secrets become exposed along the way.
