Noong pumasok ako sa industriyang ito, akala ko marangya ang buhay sa Call Center ("Call Cenner" kung bigkasin ng ilan sa mga kasamahan kong tila nasabuyan ng Vetsin yung dila sa kaartehan). Akala ko ito na ang sagot sa kahirapan ng Pilipinas, na tipong puwede ko nang iahon sa karukhaan ang pamilya at mga kamaganak namin noong pumasa ako sa interview. Pero hindi pala ganoon kadali ang sinasabi nilang "Easy Money" ng BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Companies. Hindi siya laging "Easy" at hindi laging "Money" ang pwede mong makuha. Hindi!
