As every trouble in her life seems to fall into place in this perfect town, she soon comes across a mysterious 17 year old boy, left alone and not talked to for his past, Blaire Weston. Warned to not talk to what's assumed to be a psychotic killer, Rose can't help but to get to know him to understand who he is, thinking that everyone is so quick to jump to conclusions. Little does she know, it would be the worst mistake of her life.

Evelyn Perkins, an unusual girl living the usual life. She had discovered long ago that she had certain 'powers.' It started beautiful with a dying flower, that she brought back to life with a single touch. It turned sour when a single touch killed the same flower. It turned dark when she tried to kill herself. Darker when she lived. By the time he came along, dying was boring to Evelyn. But watching him try so hard, as hard as she had, if not harder, was amusing at least.

He's psychotic, mad in the head, and shivers at the sweet taste of flesh. All Jeff desired was the perfect kill. A victim to fight back, give him a challenge, and amuse his sick cravings. He found who he was looking for, but was she too feisty, even for his taste? Too accustomed to his being there? When Jeff realizes this, he doesn't know whether to end her or not. The option is tempting, but there's something deeper to this story. Something that prohibits his inner murderer from stabbing her lifeless. He begins to feel something sick, even sicker than all the blood shed and fear he's caused, the longer he's met with those green, nostalgic eyes. He begins to remember.
