On the plane back to home after a case, Morgan and Reid end up cuddling together while falling asleep.

"I'm gonna miss you." I choke. "I'll miss you too. But I'll be waiting for you when you get back." He said. I couldn't control it anymore. The tears spilled down my face like a waterfall and I let out a chocked sob. Derek hugged me tightly as I cried. He too began to cry. We both looked like fools standing,hugging and crying in the middle of a driveway. He kissed me with so much force and our salty, bitter tears dripped into my mouth. Our last kiss. I admires every moment of it. Honk! The taxi pulled up at the end of my driveway. I sobbed harder. "I love you." Derek said. "I love you too." I snuffle. Derek gave me one last hug before letting me go. "I love you." He said as I headed towards the taxi. "I love you too." I said. He watched me as I got into the taxi and waved to me. He fell to his knees and cried. I could faintly hear him yelling "Come back!" as the taxi pulled out of the driveway.

Why is life so unfair? No one deserves this. As I sit in this waiting room, I lose track of time. I messed up and I may never get the chance to tell him how I feel. Derek Morgan/Spencer Reid
