As they search for their missing friend, they discover things about themselves and one another that will catapult them into an explosive climax and the ultimate revelation of who done it. **This is a spin-off of my book Zero. Some of the characters will be the same, but this book can be read as a stand alone.** Everyone has made mistakes before, but not everyone has made mistakes that induce the zombie apocalypse. Ella Fairchild is one of unlucky few who can say she's made such a mistake. She didn't know what she was doing. She thought she was doing good for the world. She was wrong. But to her, none of that matters. As the last living person who contributed to the creation of H-26, more commonly known as the zombie virus, Ella shoulders the weight of the world for her mistakes. Nearly a year after the outbreak, Ella has a chance to try to right her wrongs. She hasn't been outside the walls of the safe establishment since the virus spread. Now, inexperienced, weak, and scared out of her mind, she'll do whatever it takes for a chance at stopping the virus. But she's not foolish, Ella knows she can't do this alone. Kyle Russell is a certified bad ass, an ex-Army Ranger come out of retirement to save the world from zombies. He's sinfully good looking, a little rough around the edges, and doesn't sugarcoat anything, but he's the guy you want on your team. He and his team of runners haven't failed a mission yet. Amongst their own, and even civilians, they're rock stars. They're the people who give everyone hope that a war against zombies that can be won. They're the exact opposite of Ella. They're the best, and if Ella is going to succeed, she needs the best. **This is a spin-off of Zero and will feature some of the same characters. However, it can be read as a standalone.

❝I know I'm not responsible for the public's expectations of me. It's just, sometimes... I feel like I'm better off conforming to it.❞ ⠀⠀⠀⠀Elliot, Warren, Amara and Scout are all friends. Best friends? Maybe. They jokingly (and not so jokingly) flirt with one another a little too much to go as deep as that. And it's really no secret the four of them are just as problematic as the other. They're messy. They're shit talkers. They fight like enemies, flirt like lovers and yet, they depend on one another like they're each other's limbs; sever one off, and they'll hurt and stumble. Cut off the head, and like a hydra, two more grow back in it's place. Fucking cheesy, they know, but what's a good story without a little flavour? ⠀⠀⠀⠀And oh, what a story they certainly have. With fuckup Elliot going on the run, fuckboy Warren's past coming back to bite him in the ass, possessive Amara having a quarter-life crisis and the invisible Scout being there to document it all, how could anything possibly get more disastrous? ⠀⠀⠀⠀Trick question. ⠀⠀⠀⠀Everything goes to hell. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ( Set in an alternate universe where all of my oc's are connected by one thing: The disastrous actors who play them. ) ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀[ extended summary inside ] ⠀⠀⠀⠀social media / real life au ⠀⠀⠀⠀connected to: static, fragments ⠀⠀⠀⠀& instinct | multiple love interests ⠀⠀⠀⠀[ can be read as a stand-alone ] ⠀⠀⠀⠀olivia martin © 2019 -- ???? ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀( cover by me / @iydiamartin )

"Who are you?" the supervillain asks. His breathless voice is surprisingly soft. I slam my hands on either side of him, leaning in so close my nose touches his mask. I'm the taller one. "It's 'Please Don't Kick My Sorry Butt,' but you can call me 'Too late, I Already Did.' " And I have to admit, that one I'm a little too proud of. ***Hey, hey! Now a Wattpad featured story!*** The superheroes are gone. For as long as Monet can remember, a league of superheroes has guarded her city. They were the citizens' idols, guardians, and best friends. As teen reporter and self-proclaimed defender of truth, justice, and the American way, Monet Jackson vows to do anything to find the heroes. And that "anything," unfortunately, includes taking a dip in a vat of toxic chemicals, being fired, and being hunted by Masquerade himself. The core survivors of the Bottle Island massacres lived happily ever after, but there is still one more story to be told. In the fourth instalment of the Altswood saga, Annabelle Martinez and Jules Sodrepena may have left Altswood, but the psyche of Altswood is unlikely to ever leave them. It is their senior year of college and they are en route to Venice, Italy with the rest of their class as part of their final Art History project. Annabelle can't wait-they are graduating in mere weeks, so she doesn't really care about doing well in class anymore. She just wants to sit back and relax, which includes not admitting to herself that she may or may not have developed a crush on Jules, whose new girlfriend is also on this trip. If only the universe didn't hate her. Within her first few seconds in Venice, Annabelle collides with a man running for his life. Just before he dies in her arms, he whispers: "The cipher is in the phone." Annabelle had sworn to herself she would never get involved with another investigation regarding a killer running rampant on a paradise island. But as the situation turns from a murder investigation to a bomb threat that could destroy the whole of Venice, the authorities continue scratching their heads with no solid leads. What Annabelle overheard could be the key to solving this mystery, and preventing the whole island from blowing to smithereens. With only twenty-four hours before the countdown ends, Annabelle and Jules take it upon themselves to uncover who killed the man and why. Their talents for sleuthing in Altswood have followed them to Venice, and there is no time to spare. Only as the seconds tick away, it would seem both the island and their friendship are at risk of falling into pieces.

After the chaos of two serial killers in Altswood, the island is finally at a calm. Luca Fern and Gabriel Kingston have become media darlings: the heroes of Bottle Island that every tourist wants a photo with. That is, until philanthropist Maire Reeve drops dead, and the two are accused of her murder. From power couple to homicidal duo, the stakes are high as the conspiracy threatens to destroy the very foundation of Bottle Island. As if that wasn't bad enough, Luca is receiving ominous notes asking her to solve a mystery that she has nothing do with. Or is a previous tragedy in Altswood the very cause of her current situation? As old secrets resurface and mix with new suspects, it is clear that this is not only a grudge against the present, but an avenging force from the past. Despite how much Luca wants to leave the Hunt behind and move forward, it all ends where it began: with the death of Beatrice Willis.
