After changing majors and graduating with top honours with a masters degree in education, Tris Prior finds herself with a great job, teaching at one of Chicago's most prestigious private schools: Amity Elementary. However, perceptions may often times be distorted and when presented with a difficult situation, Tris will have to trust herself and others to make tough decisions that will have long lasting effects. Easy answers don't always make the best solutions.
