Highest rank: #1 in Teen-Fiction and sci-fi romance, #1 mindreader, #2 humor Aaron's special power might just be the coolest- or scariest- thing ever! It's always helped with his bad-boy reputation, his rightfully arrogant all-knowing intimidation seemed to go a long way with his love life and somehow also his education. Until he met Violet, one of the smartest girls in school; a girl he's been using for years, zoning in on her mind to ultimately cheat on exams and steal the title of valedictorian. Until one day, Violet failed him. Her mind wandered all over the place- her parent's divorce, her breakup, and he couldn't help but sympathize. But Violet's a smart girl, who knows how long it'll take before she finds out. Aaron depends so much on his mind-reading capabilities that when they suddenly disappear- so does everything he hasn't worked for. His secret was like Samson and his hair, once it's told, the magic's all gone. "Etiquette and politeness according to me, need to be treated right. That is, it needs to be given to the right people." "And I think that you believe that 99.99% of people don't deserve that." His lips curved to hint an arrogant smile. "Invariably." "Don't you think that depicts derision for normalcy? Not everyone can be perfect enough to receive your impeccable politeness." "You must realize one thing, Ms. Kapoor, I don't like anything short of excellence. So, I extend my graciousness accordingly." ..... Yeah. And that's just one tiny conversation with him. Being Sameera Kapoor, I cant tell you that the name would bring you some great responses. Most of which would talk about my ability to disregard rules and talk my way out of things. Teachers, of course, might have another opinion. But when my boss, the ever-so-esteemed Robert Davidson, recruited me, I should have thought of the repercussions that could result then and there. The repercussions started after he demanded for an audience with Vidhyuth Chopra. We-el. Easier said than done, mister. We are talking about a Devil here. A grey eyed, arrogant looking, sculpted face bearing, accented, ultra successful Devil, who has taken an immediate and intense dislike for me. Now, now, now, its not like I am one of his serial fangirls too, talk about a dire need for an Attitude Adjustment. Anyway, in the advent of this, mysteries get solved, pasts get dug and brought up, closure is in the verge of getting- closed? (I am sorry, it's kind of difficult to talk deep stuff about myself), and I, Sameera Kapoor, along with a crazy set of people go through life as a fantastic 24 year old. So hop in! Lets have some fun! WELCOME! Get ready to love me! Copyright guys. No imitation of this work is permissible.

"Love is..." I explored my brain to find the most suitable word in my dictionary that could fit in the definition I was trying to say; the definition that could make the jerk, sitting opposite me with a smirk on his face, believe in 'love'. "Bullshit?" He offered with a huge arrogant smirk on his face and no matter how much I agreed with him on this particular matter, I couldn't agree. So, instead of nodding my head in agreement, I scowled at him. His smirk grew bigger and he leaned away from me, gazing at me with his piercing grey eyes. "Finding it hard to make me believe in love when you yourself don't believe in that shit, huh?" With his piercing grey gaze fixed on my every move, I realized that 'being the devil's cupid' was going to be a lot tougher than I had initially thought. (By the author of 'And We Meet Again')

"I... I'm scared of falling..." she whispered, looking into my eyes. It was like she wanted to say something more but stopped herself. "I won't let you fall... alone." I smiled when I saw her smile at what I said. But little did I know that what I said to her was true. She didn't fall alone; I was the one falling with her. ***************************** I am Keith Warren, a self proclaimed player and this is my journey. Thank you, @KitellaMash for the cover! :) <3
