Johnny Myers suffers from schizophrenia. Two days before his thirteenth birthday, his older sister, who was more of a best friend, committed suicide. The two were inseparable, so when Skylar's death occurred, Johnny's life crumbled and shattered to pieces. Asides from being schizophrenic and living with the death of his sister, he is albino. Plus, his mother died the same way his sister did when he was only seven years old...and he witnessed it. Now, at the age of sixteen, he wastes his life away up in his room sketching, drawing, painting, or playing with all of the fatal gadgets his father, the mortician of the town, buys him. Sam Moore is not exactly your average seventeen year old. His father walked out on his family when he was ten, his mother died in 9/11 and he takes care of his younger sister while his grandmother works thousands of shifts, day and night. Sam has the act of savior when he finds Johnny laying on the side of the road after a hit and run. But could friendship save Johnny from his terrors and past, or will he need something more?
