****SPOILER ALERT! YOU SHOULD READ ARMS FIRST**** After Phil had moved to America, things changed. Dan became more fragile and weak than he ever was, and Phil became stronger and steadier. After six years since their separation, things couldn't be worse for Dan. He didn't even know where Phil could possibly be in America and there was no way they could reconnect. But after hearing Phil on the radio, Dan decides to apply for a university close to where Phil is, just hoping he could find Phil and they could fix the broken fragments of their relationship.

Phil Lester is depressed and suicidal, so his mom makes him go to therapy. There he meets Dan Howell, another depressed boy. The two get along, and sparks fly.
