Here we will encounter the life of 15 year old Castiel. With an embarrassing secret: He has Hydrophobia. He enters into high school. He needs a Physical ED credit in order to get his diploma and graduate from high school. Ironically, he was put on the swim team. He informs about his condition, and instead of an actual swimmer, he's a manger of the team. When the team goes to the pool for the first time that year, he spots the fastest, the best, swimmer of the team, Junior, and team Captain: Dean Winchester. **Sorry for the Frozen references** [WARNING: SMUT SCENE MIGHT BE CONSIDERED RAPE TO SOME INDIVIDUALS]

It's 1995, and Castiel's high school years are destined to be difficult: home-schooled until eighth grade, he is awkward, shy, and socially inept. The weird kid with the funny name would rather isolate himself and draw in his sketchbook than deal with the constant bullying he faces every day. Things only get worse in his junior year when he excels in home economics class, leading the captain of the baseball team, Alastair, to start taunting him for being gay. Then new student Dean Winchester arrives at Flour Bluff High School, sharing many of Castiel's classes. Castiel has seen his type before -- handsome, athletic, arrogant, and sure to be the most popular kid in school. But Castiel eventually learns that he and Dean have more in common than he thought, and they form an unlikely friendship. When Castiel’s plans for the summer get cancelled and he’s left with nowhere else to go, Dean invites him to go home with him. It seems an easy solution to cure Castiel’s summer blues, but when they arrive at the Winchester household, Dean realizes due to a slight miscommunication with his mom he and Castiel will have to spend the summer sharing a bed and holding hands because the entire Winchester family thinks they’re dating. And really it shouldn't be that big of a deal because Dean Winchester isn't actually in love with his best friend; except for that he is.

They have no idea who they met but Castiel is determined to find his soulmate. Dean however is not exactly enthusiastic about the idea of soulmates. Sam, the 'perfect' student, gets a bit bored and ups his small pranks to starting a war with the schools renowned Trickster. Of course, Gabriel has no idea who this guy is but that doesn't stop the war between them. And so without meaning to, the two start to know each other quite well.
