Caspar Lee is one of the top secret agents that Chapman headquarters has. He gets assigned to watch over Joe Sugg, a college student, who is in danger. It just so happens that Caspar ends up falling in love with him.

Joe Sugg is a broke painter who finally gets independence as he moves to a new city, which is London. He seeks new adventures and new friends, plus a peaceful environment where he can just paint and be creative. Caspar Lee, on the other hand, lived his whole life in a posh environment where everything he wants is under his feet as he is the only heir of a filthy rich business man. One day, things get out of control, as a scandal breaks loose. He leaves the house in anger, and ends up in a tube. Two different guys, living in two different worlds, clash in one place. Romance, jealousy, angst, and social barriers get in the way. Will their story end happily, or will it be a complete disaster? Joe Sugg is a great student. He studies as hard as he can for all his tests, does his homework immediately once he gets home, and always knows the answer to ever question in class. He's part of the Drama Club, and has starred in about 3 plays they put on, and he was amazing in every single one of them. He's gorgeous, and nice, but there's one problem: he sucks at making friends. He has some, but mostly everyone in his school thinks he's a giant nerd and doesn't really tolerate him like they do with his sister, Zoe. Caspar Lee is a great guy. That's why he's popular. He's a pretty good student, and has a great personality. He gets invited to all the parties, and gets all the guys and girls, and is pretty much the life of the school. First, he fails a pop quiz in Euro History, then he gets detention because Oli decided it would be an amazing idea to punch a locker and blame it on somebody else (i.e Joe) and then he got screamed at by a girl for just saying she looked pretty.
