Saoirse Molloy and Gerard Gibson have always been a constant in each other's lives-next door neighbours, childhood best friends, and something more they've never quite put into words. From scraped knees to stolen glances, growing up was never something they had to face alone. But somewhere between then and now, everything changed... or maybe it always felt this way. Because loving him was easy. Admitting it? That's where it gets complicated.

𝙀𝙇𝙀𝙊𝙉𝙊𝙍 𝙃𝙊𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙉𝘿 had never stood a chance of 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 the cycle, not when the same cursed blood that ran through his veins, ran through hers. Eleonor never really felt like she belonged anywhere. At home, her mom's eyes were always too wide, too empty-surrounded by those dark rings that never went away.
Her dad barely moved from the couch, empty beer bottles scattered around his feet, the TV always playing some hurling game no one really cared about.
And Shane, always pissed off at something. Always looking for a reason to snap. She never wanted to be there. Not really. Not ever. She got passed from one house to the next. Foster care from foster care. No one really wanted her. Not the real her. Most of the time, it felt like they just wanted her to be quiet, obedient-easy to handle. Not another traumatized kid. Not another mouth to feed, especially one that talked back or cried at night. Then, when she was six, something different happened. She ended up in a home where people actually saw her. Not through her, not around her, but her. Like she mattered.
There were two other kids. And there was Joey Lynch, a boy who had his own kind of quiet chaos, but who made her feel like maybe... maybe she wasn't alone in her mess. And maybe, somehow, the two of them could figure out how to break the cycle. The heaviness that always seemed to follow kids like them. What would happen, if Cauldron didn't mated Rhys with Feyre but instead with an Illyrian girl, which he would save from the camp like his father saved his mother? This story provides you with a great deal of fluff between Rhys and Darcy. It follows somehow the plot of the original series, but it's changed as the story progresses thanks to the different protagonist as she has her own impact on the whole plot. I'm aiming to discover different sides of the characters we all know and love. How they would interact with someone that is not Feyre as Rhys' mate. How would the Prythian look like and face the challenges. The story begins with Darcy and Rhys already mated, to speed things up a little. If you want to read through their first interactions then please visit the first book of this series where I wrote just that. Characters might feel off, even though I tried to keep them as true to themselves as possible.

Selene was never meant to be part of this world. She had once been a medical student, living an ordinary life filled with textbooks, late-night study sessions, and the quiet certainty that magic was nothing more than fiction. Then, she woke up in a world ruled by monsters. For twenty-five years, she has survived on the outskirts of a human village, healing where she can, hiding where she must. She knows little of the High Fae, their courts, or their treacherous games. She knows only whispers-of a wicked queen named Amarantha, of a war that shattered kingdoms, of a High Lord with violet eyes and a smirk sharper than a blade. But when a raid on her village drags her Under the Mountain, Selene is thrust into a world of cruelty and deceit. Powerless and human, she should have been nothing more than another disposable servant. Instead, she catches the eye of Rhysand, Amarantha's right hand. To the world, he is a monster. A traitor. A willing pet in the queen's twisted court. But Selene has seen him at his most powerful. And now, she has seen him at his most broken. Forced into servitude, trapped in a palace where humans do not last long, Selene must navigate the deadly politics of a court built on suffering. But as she uncovers the truth hidden beneath Rhysand's carefully crafted mask, she begins to question everything she thought she knew-about this world, about him, and about the war that looms on the horizon. Because it was not fate brought her here. She was the obstacle to his fate. And fate is watching. all rights reserved to the original author

❛ a falling star fell from your heart and landed in my eyes ❜ ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ ⬩❖⬩ ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ "How . . ." She was at a loss for words. This was a dream, right? But if it was, how could she be feeling all of this? How could she feel his magic, or his touch, or the cool air of the corridor? None of it made sense. One of his hands raised, as though wanting to touch her face, but it hesitated before lowering. Some small part of Ana was left disappointed. "You're . . . you're here? How are you here?" Ana swallowed thickly. "I⎯I don't know. I thought I was . . . this is a dream. But then . . ." Realization dawned in his eyes. "Oh." Ana frowned. What did oh mean? "Shit." "What?" Ana asked. She needed answers. This was the second strange thing that had happened in four days. "Why are you saying shit? What's going on?" His hand wrapped around her wrist again and he pulled her through the darkness, away from the door. "She can't know about this. None of them can." "Who can't know about what?" Ana nearly stumbled over her footing, but her years of training kept her upright. "Tell me what's happening. Who even are you? How am I here?"
