Apart from The Golden Trio. They were big and famous now, there wasn't much of a reason for them to return. The youngest of the Weasley family was, of course, returning to Hogwarts. Percy wishes for a cause, and Hecate gives him one. Harry was infuriated when he found out the new DADA teacher was younger then him, and on top of that hadn't even gone to magic school.
