3x05 was an interesting episode, in Arrow. So, I thought why not spin it a different way. Oliver decided back at the hospital he could be the Arrow, and be with her. Cooper Sheldon, Felicity's High School ex-boyfriend is back on the scene and for all the wrong reasons, he has the virus Felicity wrote five years ago and is using it to rob many banks. He captures Donna (Felicity's mother) and Felicity, and all Felicity can think about is Oliver and if she would see him ever again. She never told him she loved him before, until tonight.
