The water starts to fill in, and Valkyrie strains to keep her head above the water. "I love you Skulduggery Pleasant. I love you so much, and none of this is you fault. Be brave." She whispers, and I bang my fist on the glass. "NO! PLEASE VAL NO." "I love you, I love you, I lo-" and she is cut of as the room is submerged. -----------
